Brugg Cables is the right employer for me because it’s a place where I can work very independently, but can still approach my team colleagues and/or managers at any time if I have any questions/issues. Here, challenges are tackled openly. Everyone can contribute and make a difference. There is a flat hierarchy and despite the sometimes demanding times, there is no shortage of fun and good vibes. I also like the open-plan office concept and the flexibility with regard to working conditions.

With my production planning experience and further training as a purchasing manager, I can find the right synergy effects and contribute to increasing efficiency and optimising costs.
